4. A Customer Places an Order
When someone purchases an eligible product through your referral, the order is recorded for verification. A referral or order alone does not guarantee a commission.
5. Order and Delivery Verification
The order must satisfy the applicable payment, delivery, refund and verification requirements. An automatic delivery status is not, by itself, conclusive proof of actual delivery.
6. Track Eligible Rewards
Once the applicable conditions have been satisfied, the corresponding commission can be updated in your account according to programme rules. Your dashboard may show pending, locked, unlocked or reversed entries where applicable.
7. Submit a Withdrawal Request
Eligible members may submit withdrawal requests according to the published withdrawal schedule, verification requirements and applicable limits.
Understand the Commission Process
The programme uses defined eligibility and verification rules. Commission amounts and eligibility depend on the active plan, qualifying product purchases and the programme terms applicable to the transaction.
Locked Rewards
A commission may initially remain locked while the qualifying order, payment, delivery or applicable referral conditions are being verified.
Unlocked Rewards
A reward becomes eligible for withdrawal only after the required conditions have been satisfied and its status has been updated accordingly.
Reversed or Adjusted Rewards
If an order is cancelled, refunded, reversed or found ineligible, the associated commission may be adjusted under the programme rules. This does not remove a customer's lawful right to a refund.
Referral Network
Where the active programme includes network or pairing-based commissions, those commissions are subject to the published eligibility conditions and verified qualifying transactions. Merely recruiting or adding a member does not, by itself, guarantee a reward.
Withdrawal Rules
Please review these conditions before participating:
- Withdrawal day: Requests can be submitted on Friday, according to the programme's published schedule.
- Eligible balance: Only commissions marked unlocked and eligible for withdrawal may be requested.
- Weekly limit: The programme applies a maximum withdrawal limit of ₹50,000 per week, subject to the exact calculation and enforcement rules published by the operator.
- Verification: Account and payout details may need to be verified before a payout is processed.
- Processing: A submitted request is not the same as a completed payment. Requests may require review and processing.
- Records: Members should check their dashboard for request status, transaction history and any applicable adjustments.
The operator should publish the precise weekly-limit calculation, processing timeline, applicable fees (if any) and procedure for resolving payout disputes.
